Prior to joining Long & Foster, Bernie was a Sales Associate for Sunbelt Real Estate in Cherry Hill, NJ. He has had his Real Estate license for over 20 years, and has also excelled in the financial and accounting fields. Prior to Sunbelt, Bernie was the Chief Financial Officer (10 years) for a film and video production & post-production company located in Center City Philadelphia . He was also the Director of Finance for an internet-related startup (2 years) in Cherry Hill, NJ, and before that, was a Manager (7 years) for a regional mid-sized CPA firm located in Marlton, NJ. The skill set that Bernie has developed over his business career, i.e. negotiations, CRM, marketing, and finance, certainly provide the synergy to satisfy your real estate needs.

Bernie's wife, Karen, is an RN for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. They've been married for over 24 years, have 2 children, Michelle and Christopher, and have resided in the Saratoga Farms section of Mt. Laurel, NJ for over 17 years.

Bernie enjoys coaching sports, esp. basketball and baseball/softball. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, biking, and hiking.
